Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by calling customer care at +91-96814 00400.

Cancellations via WhatsApp, email, or social media will not be accepted unless confirmed via a phone call.

After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

You may change the garment or add to the order within 24 hours.

If you choose not to purchase immediately, the amount will be converted into Neetu Jalan store credit (coupon code), valid for 6 months.

Exchange Policy

Customers must notify our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate an exchange or report a defect.

For exchanges, the original garment must be shipped back to our address with complete order and contact details clearly mentioned.
Exchange Timeline:

International Orders: Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Domestic Orders: Must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
Important Conditions:

Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

You may exchange for a product of equal or higher value.

Garments that have been customized in any way are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Products purchased during a sale or with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange. Only size adjustments may be considered at the brand’s discretion.

Garments priced above ₹15,000 are not eligible for return or exchange. Only size corrections will be entertained.

Coupons or promotional offers cannot be clubbed with store credit codes.

Garments purchased in-store are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items

All items go through quality checks, but if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item is delivered:

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to claim an exchange.

Send us the video, order ID, and a brief description via WhatsApp or email.

Additional Notes for Handcrafted Products

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in display screens and natural dyes used in handcrafting.

Minor imperfections such as dye bleeds or block-print overlaps are natural features and not considered defects.
